It's because you moved it.

See, let's say you have a song called 'a', in folder 'songs'.

Add it to iTunes.

Then you move the song 'a' to the folder called 'videos'.

When you try to play the song on iTunes, it will search for the song in the 'songs' folder, because thats where it was, it does not know you moved it.

What you need to do, its delete that song in the playlist, and add them again from its new folder.

Move all the audio files to the same folder if possible, then you just have to add one folder instead of hundred of songs.

in itunes put the songs on the desktop

then it can locate them
