It sounds like the type of major that you create yourself because your needs do not fall into one specific major offered by the institution. Usually there are a few guidelines that you have to follow such as how many credit hours you need to complete, how many upper level courses you need to take, how many different areas you need to take credits from, how many specializations, if you need to have a minor etc. There should be an advisor that handles these types of majors specifically so they would be the one to help make sure you meet all the requirements, plus your plan usually needs to be pre-approved.
