How to discuss an article?

I have an English exam (I'm Italian...) and for our assessment we have to discuss two articles we chose, without their summaries...

so I was wondering...where does one start from?

Ok the general topic, then the author's views, then if we agree or not?

    First, choose the article that's most appealing to you. Read it

    twice to be able to discuss the article properly.

    confusing subject. lookup on to yahoo or google. just that might help!
