you don't have to do anything, if it's not used they will close it for you after a certain period. happened to me.

'No way to close your Yahoo Answers account yourself. Take the additional account as an opportunity to test out the dynamics of your personality. 'Could find amusement in it. I have, am, and continue to find this. Tell me the name of your alter ego, and I will pay him a visit.

Shoot, boy I'd keep that as a backup. You never know when or if a troll would get your current account suspended.
