I would check with any Asian food stores in your district, you might have to travel to a larger city, I get them here in Canada, in my local shops and in the Asian section of Toronto ON Canada.
I must admit they are quite pithy, with them being 50% skin and pith, and a small amount of flesh, I candied the skin a nd pith for use in puddings and Xmas cakes, like candied ginger and citron it is a nice shap citrusy flavour.
