Please Help?

I notice that sometimes when I go to internet explorer I get a message saying internet explorer unhandled exception, I have never seen this message before and I do not know what it means. Please tell me how I can stop this message.

    visit windows update and try to update your system, keep your system always updated to solve such problems.

    Note try to install Internet Explorer 7.0 better for you
