Any help would be appreciated.?

I visited a site, ilike.com, several days ago. I added a utility to my Windows Media player but uninstalled it because it was useless. Since then, whenever a page refreshes in Internet Explorer, Adobe Flash Player tries to start/access, whatever, with a pop up that I have to deny before I can continue. It's quite annoying and aggrevating. I've run several virus scans, registry scans and adware scans but it doesn't help.

I'm running Vista.

Update:

I've done what #1,2 and 4 suggested and it appears to have gone away..... Reformatting the puter is a bit extreme....

Thanks, Ya'll!

I think you should reformat the computer.
