you WILL NEED the account info that you gave when you signed up

to prove who you are you may have to send them a copy of your drivers license or your credit card, birth certificate etc

email them so they can give you full details then they may ask you to fax or email it to them

If you forgot either of them, you might as well get a new yahoo ID because you will NEVER retrieve them. It happened to me. Next time, write down your username and password!

ok so how are you on this account. i dont see why u need two and why did sumone else have to make an account for you when you obviously can make one yourself.
