Ubiquitous calender available on PC, web and Windows mobile?

I own a windows mobile 6.0 device. I have configured my exchange mail with this. This resulted in the tight integration of notes, task and calender with exchange. I can deselect that, but it is desirable.

Now, I need to have another calender which will be my personal one, but not synchronized with the exchange mail. So, I need 2 sources of calender on my device and both of the should be editable from the device, PC as well as web.

When I had my PDA, I was adicted to Yahoo Intellisync. That way, I could integrate calendar, noted, and contacts on any PC I wanted (home, work, PDA, etc.). The only problem is that it's not really supported by Yahoo, so there's a plethora of bugs and glitches. However, I still think it was definitely worth the hassle. [I've since moved onto a slate tablet where I share my desktop's Outlook file as offline sync, so there's no need for an external synchronization app like this.]
