They're supposed to be free and I've heard some of them are quite good.

Go to google translate. Type in some words you may have read in English but don't know and find out how to pronounce them and what they mean. Write down the words you need to know. You can type in sentences too. Keep notes of them. Good luck and merry Christmas!
