Spending THREE DAYS with the in-laws?

try and get on with them........you never know if youre ever gonna need a kidney or something...lmfao.

I feel your pain right now cuz I'm going to have that too.

1) Alcohol - it helps

2) Work - lucky for me I have to work for a portion of time that they will be here

3) Distractions - I'd love to go with you, but I gotta do the laundry, grocery shopping, walk the dog for 2 hours.

4) Money - buy off their annoyingness with restaurants or movies. At the movies they have to shut up.

5) Hotel Room - There is no way they are staying with us. It's just to crazy at the holidays.

6) Presents - This is the perfect time to get them something nice so you can still be in their good grace with materialism.

7) Your Parents - If they are near (which mine are) draft them into a big meal or other get together. They are your first line of defense in such measure so you can take a break.

8) Alcohol - For after they leave because you probably did not buy enough.

Try to organise a trip out somewhere with just you and your husband......go for a walk in the countryside if there's nowhere open.

Take a secret stash of your own food, alcohol and snacks.

Take a good book that you can retreat into.

Television!
