Exchange Server?

What is the microsoft exchange server. can you use it to sync email and stuff from microsoft outlook with a windows mobile device? thanks.

    Yup u can Sync emails to ur Windows Mobile using the Active-Sync feature on ur mobile and the Exchange Box.

    You have to configure ur Exchange server for Active Sync first.
