How to move my Taskbar to bottom of screen?

For some reason my taskbar moved to the side it is on right side of my scree and very anoying specially when I wan to use crusor on web sites,I tried to drag it from center, corner,and any spot on taskbar I draged it ,I could not bring it down... and for 10 day I have no choice,any help??porfavor

    right click and deselect 'lock the taskbar'. then left click, hold down and drag it to the bottom of the screen. then re-enable 'lock the taskbar' if you wish.

    Locking the taskbar option makes sure it cannot be moved.

    Right click the task bar, and unchecked the "Lock Task Bar", then left click the task bar and drag it down low to your screen.

    Right click and unlock - now drag.
