windows mobile?

I just got the T-mobile Shadow, I cant get it to sync with my Vista PC, I tryed everything I can think of, any ideas

I called t-mobile, no help

Update:

gh0st. i tryed that, still nothing

tryed 6.0, and 6.1 still nothing,

the Windows Mobile slash screen pops up but the phone never connects

come on Only Real, Duh

    For Windows Vista, you'll have to download Microsoft Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 for Windows Vista. Some of the customer service reps at T-Mobile can be lazy so don't always count on them for the answers. Anyway, click on the link below to download and install the program and you should be good to go after that. Hope I've helped!

    Well, I have sprint.

    And windows XP

    but you plugged in the cable

    but FIRST downloaded the software that came with your phone?

    do that.

    it should pop up a window.

    called ActiveSync, I think.

    and it just says sync.

    so simple:)
