windows mobile?

I just got the T-mobile Shadow, I cant get it to sync with my Vista PC, I tryed everything I can think of, any ideas

I called t-mobile, no help

Update:

tryed all that

still cant get the phone to connect

Yea...Vista's sync with Windows devices is different now with Windows Mobile Device Center. There is an update to support WM6 devices. Try the link provided or run Windows Update.
