Vaginal pain upon entering?

Every time my boyfriend and I have sex, it feels like he is ripping into me upon penetration. There is no difference in the pain regardless of how gentle he is. Is this a symptom of something?

Update:

I'm almost eighteen. I've been having sex for months. It started after about the sixth month. It usually takes a few pushes, then he has to pull out and re-enter. After that, it hurts, but not enough that I want to stop.

I have the SAME problem. I've only been having sex for three months and EVERY time it hurts when he enters. But it goes away after a few in-and-outs. I am too scared to see the gyno though. I thought it could be the hymen or an infection..

  • Hey you should call Dr. Drew and Stryker on loveline: 1800-LOVE-191 but it could be that you simply are not ready to be doing this, if you are nervous while doing this it could be causing these pains. You should check with a gynecologist

    Maybe slow down on sex

Yes, there is an actual disorder that can cause pain like that. I can't remember what it's called. You need to talk to your gynecologist. I found a website on it.

how old are you. if you're still in your teens it's not doing your body any good and you should stop having sex since you raen't even physically ready yet. but if you're older like in your 20s you should probably pay a visit to your obgyn.
