checa la direccion tal vez la tengas más, como referencia, generalmente las direcciones de correo electronico deben ir en minusculas

Es porque no existe el correo ese al que envias.
lo que dice
The recipient name is not recognized
El nombre del destinatario no se reconoce
Verifica el nombre del destinatario
