What do you mean by flash?
Flash memory: It has built in flash memory in either 8 or 16gb but it's not expandable.
Flash Player: No, you can't view flash enabled content on the web.

If you m mean flash memory, that is what is used to store all of your songs and videos etc.
If you mean flash for websites no. Even thought it has youtube built in YouTube has been converting its movies so that they will work with the touch and iPhone. hope this helps.

it already has it on. thats why u can get on the internet and youtube. this is the best answer trust me. i got an ipod touch ;D
