Who's Better? Steve Nash or Jason Kidd?
Who do you think is better? I think Nash is better becuase he makes everyone around him better. His team has lead the NBA in scoring a lot of times.

What people dont understand is that Steve Nash has been doing what this for only 4 years but Jason Kidd has been doing this for his whole career.
Jason Kidd is better all-time
He's a better rebounder, he's 3rd all-time in triple-doubles, 6th in assists, and he's a way better defender.
Steve Nash is better in todays game
He's a better shooter and has 2 MVP awards.

Jason Kidd. A lot of people don't realize that Jason Kidd has accomplished more in his career than Nash has, and they've been playing for about the same amount of seasons. A lot of people say Nash is a better shooter because he scores more than J-Kidd, but I've seen Kidd score, and he can do it at will if he watned to, but he chooses to set up his teammates instead, since he really doesn't need to score for the team to win. Aside from being the modern day Oscar Robertson (in terms of triple-doubles), he's also a monster defender.
Around the time that Jason Kidd would've won an MVP with the Nets, there was Kevin Garnett making a killing, and the Shaq and Kobe tandem in LA (which the Nets lost to in theNBA Finals, a place Nash has yet to find)

Jason Kidd is better because he plays defense and assists almost just as much as Steve Nash.. Besides he can rebound the ball and he also made the Nets a contenderat some point in his career ( 2002-2003 )

Nash makes everyone around him happy and always puts the ball in right place, and he has that extraordinary ability of finding angles with both hands making very easy for him to pick up assist. Kidd, guy led the league five times in assists and has just climbed up on All time assist list
John Stockton 15,806
Mark Jackson 10,334
Magic Johnson 10,141
Oscar Robertson 9,887
Isiah Thomas 9,061
Jason Kidd 8,972
Gary Payton 8,966
and in a few games he will climb up again. I go for Kidd, besides he is a jerk off the court

they both are different. Steve Nash can drive in to the lane and behind the back pass it to amare for a dunk. Steve Nash is also a better three point shooter.Jason Kidd is a amazing passer. he is not that great of a shooter. he is 3rd on the triple double list. j-Kidd has the intangible on a team. he hustle and gets rebound. he is one of the top rebounders on his team. he will do EVERYTHING and ANYTHING that is necessary for him to win a championship. that .Steve Nash also has better players around him so you can't say he makes everyone better because he plays with all-stars.

Jason Kidd, he's more balanced down the stretch, and is a huge asset to any team he plays on. He'll get 8 or 9 rebounds a game, 10 assists, and 12 or 13 points. He also gets a pair of steals every game. He has a great knowledge of basketball, and always knows where each player is on the floor.

Nash it the better all around player
Kidd focuses on the open man and getting some assists
Nash does that to but when hes open for three and the team needs him
he'll fire up 3s for a good range of shot
Plus, they mostly always go in
Nash is the for sure the better player

Nash is clearly the better basketball player, but if your asking who is better at smacking his wife around, I'd go with Kidd, he's a real tough guy
