    yes łandy is right

(i am polish, and i speak it)

if you are talking about a male-ładny

    a female- ładna

    a thing/place- ładne

for a group of people (no matter the gender)- ładne

the crossed out l makes a "w" sound, the rest of the word can be pronounced like you would read it in english

ładny is pronounced /wadni/ - the 'crossed out "L"' sounds like an English "W".

JJ is right. I'd add that "y" at the end of the word is a bit deeper than English "i".
