My car is officially paid off! woohoo!?

Is it necessary to send the 3 credit bureau's a copy of my title, and the letter saying my car is paid off from the lender?

I'm sure my credit will show that it already is......no?

No this will be reported by your lender.

Cool ! You own it now.

Your lender should be doing the reporting to the credit bureaus. You can do that but it may not help. They may choose to ignore your reporting.

When you want a good credit history, be sure that your lender reports to them before you get the next loan.

You are entitled to a FREE credit report each year.

Now is a good time of year to check yours.

You don't have to send anything, but if it makes you feel better, go ahead and send it. Be very careful with the mail, I will send it registered mail. Congratulations. I still have 4 more years to go.

Congrats!!! No you don't have to do anything they know when it is paid off. It must be a relief to not have that extra bill.
