Benazir Bhutto was assassinated. Who is the extremist?
She was Muslim, pro-American, and female. She was the first female to lead a predominately Muslim country. So ... who is the extremist, the people behind her assassination to condone violence in general, suicide missions, and terrorism, or Bhutto herself? I would argue that Bhutto is the extremist, as her views have always been much more secular than mainstream Islam would allow, while the group who assassinated her is more reflective of mainstream Islam. What is your opinion?

If the group that assassinated her are more reflective of mainstream Islam, then her murder is vindication of the US war on Islamic terrorists. Perhaps this is further proof the religion of Islam has peaked and is destroying itself. With luck, in another 100 years, it will be only be practiced by old men hiding out in mud huts.

The Pakistan Military Government were behind it.
It was far too surgical for it to be anyone else.
A suicide bomber would have wiped out 2-300+ people with a normal suicide belt at that range.
Shaped charges and high explosives are the answer here.
A political assassination that can be blamed on al-quaida and allows the Pakistan governmant to further crack down on its own population (more lawyers and civil rights members), whilst recieving huge backing from The West because they pretend to be part of the "War On Trrrrr"

Many questions abound, but I've learned it's always best to wait for the dust to settle, perhaps a couple weeks, before even venturing an intelligent response to these worldly events. We are all affected in some way by these major events, whether it be the price or oil or gas, or the increased security we have to go through just to live our lives.

So, you mean to blame the victim~~nice~!!! I believe it is the Pakistan government, along with the tenents of the religion of Islam....and those who choose to corrupt it..........The Pakistani government of Musharraf, who should have provided security when he was asked to........and the radical influences in the country...that have exploited the Islamic religion to corrupt it.
