skinny jeans are the best!?

i love my skinny jeans but im short and i have to hem all of mine. i just want a really nice pair of jeans that aren't too expensive. where is the best place to get them? trash and vaudeville i think probably would be best but i don't know.

    Urban Outfitters. They have tons and they range from about $40-70.

    wet seal have short skinny jeans that are under 20 and fit nice

    i love my hollister laguna skinny jeans! and even if ur short dont hem them. skinny jeans look tres chic scrunched up with flats or pumps
