Good Place to Eat in the Poconos??
My boyfriend and I are going to the Poconos for a couple days. Where is a good place to eat? We are not that picky, but he primarily likes steak and I like chicken and pasta dishes. Any locals (or anyone who travels to the Poconos) out there that can recommend a restaurant?

Where in the Poconos? If you're near Milford, PA - The Dimmick Inn is a great steak house, and they have excellent chicken, fish and pasta dishes too

if you are going to be in bushkill or east stroudsburg then 'alaska petes' is great! lots of food and pretty decent prices
dansbury depot is nice and have great poppyseed bread.
then there are the standards: perkins, friendlys.
--stay away from perkins of stroudsburg as they suck. also that resturant near shawnee. the name escapes me but they are over priced, barely any food for the price and it is bad i was told.
