My son has had about 4 ear infections since he was born. he is 7 months old. December was the worst as he was on 3 different antibiotics in order to get rid of it.

now he is going through it again. i hate how he is on it. his stomach gets sensitve and has to have 2-3 oz of pedialyte before eating or else it all comes up, nasty tushie rash, lack of sleep, lack of eating etc.

The dr once mentioned getting tubes for him. My question is if you would do it? Its not for convenience of me and my husband but for him to be better. so that every other month he does not have to go through what he does.

no i am not coming for a decison for others to make but rather advice from other mom's that were in the same place as i am w/ him.

I purchased formula checks from ebay. When I went to use them, the store informed me that they are photocopies of a check and can not use them. They took them all and told me they would be contacting the company the checks are for. I informed them that I got them off ebay and they said they would inform the company about it also.

I am now fighting w/ the seller for a refund. He claims I should return them before he even thinks of giving me a refund. However I no longer have the checks b/c the store kept them. He claims it does not work that way and I do not deserve a refund.

Do you think I am in the wrong for wanting a refund? They are going to contact the company to inform them that someone is selling checks like this and I might get in trouble.

I opened a dispute w/ paypal in hope to get my money back but I dont know how that is going to work out.

I am going to be graduating soon and want to start my own massage business. Places I call about small loans tell me they only give loans to businesses which have been going for 2 years.

is there anyone out there that can help me? point me in the right direction at least?

So I have to write a paper on a symbol. I chose the rubber duck. Why? Well what is more innocent than that?

However, in my search for information, I am coming up short on the origin. So I ask you what you think the origin is?

Also, when you see a rubber duck, what is your first thought that pops into your head?
