iPod problem! Won't go to song list!?
Just got it and have songs on it, but now it only gives me the menu and will not show playlist or songs. Tried resetting it several times. What do I do now?

the hold button is on. look on either the bottom or top side and see if there is a light by the hold button. if there is, then switch it. or there aren't any songs on it. if the hold button is off, then resync

go to wefixmacs
they are cheaper and faster then the ipod store is
it could cost hours of waiting in the store and weeks because they have to ship it to apple
at wefixmacs they will make it work right in front of your eyes

try to plug it into your computer if it dosent work then return it or just show them and they could probily fix it!
