I answered the 1st time but I forgot to tell you he can do his taxes his self at www.turbotax.com its really easy step by step instruction for 20 something dollars and when you e-file and get direct deposit you get it back in 8 to 10 days. He can claim her as long as no one else claims her and you can also claim your child that was born in october. so yes he can claim all 3, for sure.

oh yes lady if your boyfriend has taken care of her more than 6 mths. of the year count her up as a tax credit! And just as long as your other girl was born within the year of tax season you can claim her too! She just has to be born within the year so you have 2 tax credits! Call your local Jackson Hewitt they will tell you the same thing! On your W2 he has to claim at least 2 and then at the end of the year he can claim 2 more you an 1 girl! The more you claim the less they take out of your taxes during the year but you get less back on your taxes! You can let anyone claim your kids just as long as you have soc.# ! No one else can though! You don't have to be married to let him claim them!! Good Luck

If he can show that he has helped raise both kids, then YES he can. Also, make sure that no one else claims that child as well, like the father. I also take it you both live together, and if so, then yes, he can claim her.

You can claim your second daughter even if she was born in october. My son was also born in october and we can claim him.
