How long should I wait?
My best friend and I are considering starting a relationship. We flirt a lot and I told her I would be willing to try it if she is willing too. I've given her more than three weeks to think and ponder about the issue, but she still has not mentioned anything about it. If she does have feelings for me, she has to talk to her parents first and make sure they like me also. Although we haven't seen each other much recently, she still flirts with me a lot when we do see each other. So should I keep patiently waiting on her to gimme an answer or should I ask her about it? =/
I don't want to pressure her and I want to make sure she has plenty of space too. Your thoughts?

Well, you will know for sure if you go out or flirt with another girl. Right now, the ball is in her court and she feels she has all the time in the world. If she thinks there may be competition, it will speed up her thinking process one way or the other. You cant hang on indefinitely, and i dont think she is being fair to you.

Just ask her about it. If she wants a relationship she will tell you. and if she needs more time then it'll be up to you whether or not you give it to her. If it's that important to you then maybe you should keep waiting. but you can't wait forever.
