Moon landing did it realy happen?

There are moon rocks on display in museums. Scientists know they are moon rocks and not earth rocks because there are little tiny craters within little tiny craters on the moon rocks' surface. That cannot happen with earth rocks because the atmosphere slows down dust-like debris flying from meteor impacts, unlike the moon.

If it didn't the Soviets at the time would have blown the whistle on us---the space race was at its peak in those years, and both sides monitored and spied on the other quite effectively!

The soviets had equipment that would have detected the mission, and besides, going to the moon is not an insurmountable challenge. Going to the moon was challenging but the technology was not wanting.

If you were to race just 10 times around the Earth's equator, you would have traveled the same distance as what it is from the Earth to the moon!

What seems pretty easy down here on Earth, is for people to invent conspiracy theories, and all sorts of imaginings, most of which could be sliced up and disabused by Occam's razor!

Wow I cannot BELIEVE how many people think it didn't happen or would even consider the possibility. I suppose none of the Apollo missions happened, either. I guess Voyager 1, which was launched in '77 (or so they would have you believe), isn't out there 10 billion miles away still sending back pictures, even though it has a broken antenna. Of course not, we didn't have the technology back then (although our trick photography was excellent!)

This is the silliest thing ever, we went to the moon to prove to the Soviets we could do it first, and certainly THEY scrutinized the evidence dilligently, hoping it was fake. Please don't believe all the nonsense.

Yes it did happen. It is actually a lot harder to fake something like this than it is to actually go to the moon. LoL. The low gravity, the vacuum, the size of the room needed for such a hoax would just be beyond 1969s capacity. Check out badastronomy.com

Not only was the moon landing a hoax but the entire moon is a NASA hoax. Also, the Earth is flat and Elvis is alive and working in a donut shop for the Easter Bunny in Cleveland.

Of course the moon landing happened. There was a race between USA and USSR . If that was not true the USSR would have discovered and announced that immediately .Do not listen to those who disprove anything with no concrete evidence .

To answer your specific issues, Neil Armstrong is the more reclusive of the two astronauts in the first landing (there were six landings, by the way). Edwin Aldrin is the public face of Apollo 11. Where are the samples? Where do you think?

I too doubt like u. Experts say that NASA fooled the people. Evidences have been found which proves that no one has yet landed there, For Example: In the photographs brought by the astronomers show a flag flying. But how can it happen on a planet with no atmosphere?

i have heard stories how Neil Armstrong was questioned about saying "good luck Mr. Gorky" when taking his first steps onthe moon.

When Neil and some kids were playing baseball, they hit a ball into the neighbours yard. Mr and Mrs Gorky were fighting/arguing. Mr Gorky said "i will agree / have sex with you when the kid next door walks on the moon"
