is it true once u stop yoga,u'll get fat easily?
ok,i'm planning of joining yoga class..but one of my fren told me dat,once u stop practicing yoga,u'll easily gain weight? is it true?? cz i know i cant join it when i go for my semester 3 in cllge..my schedule wont b the same like now..pls help me!!

No, the difference is that if you stop exercising completely, you gain weight easier. Basically, if you're doing yoga, which is some exercise, then stop yoga and do nothing to replace it, you'll gain weight easier. Or, if you were losing weight while doing yoga, you'd lose less weight, or stop losing weight.
So no, as long as you can keep active, it's good for you. If you don't exercise now, and then you do yoga, and then stop, it won't hurt. In fact, you might come out just a little bit ahead for doing the yoga.

Yoga makes you look more tone, so when you stop you'll loose the definition which will make you look heavier.
You could get a yoga dvd, so you can do it at your leisure.

No, not at all. Too many calories, as in excess food consumed, make you fat. I have never done yoga and am skinny. Period.
