Ever since I downloaded Yahoo! Beta, My messenger will not open up. How do I fix that?

{E.i.} It comes to the log in screen and then says, "Sign-in Problem." It has the correct password, and log-in name.

Do I just need to re-install Yahoo! Messenger?

    This is because Yahoo is having a problem with the mail and the messenger. Beta mail is being discontinued. We will only have the classic and new mail soon. You can switch back to classic mail here and just answer yes when asked if you want to switch back or opt out: http://us.mg1.mail.yahoo.com/dc/optout?s

    Do you mean you could no longer open yet another browser window? one element you're able to do is to uninstall the Yahoo! Messenger first then reinstall it. It fixes utility themes dissimilar the time.

    just curious do you have mcafee if you do you have to uninstall the privacy part of the security suite i had the same problem and thats what was blocking messenger

    try switching back to yahoo original
