what if we need to contact Yahoo directly? any part of it. my main thing is I tapped into 'this day in history' and it is still reading Dec. 20th. and to day is the 29th. someone there is very slow. problem is there seems to be noway to contact Yahoo to inform them of this.

I agree it is very difficult. Usually by searching through the help you will usually be led to a form you can fill out. It takes persistence to find them.
