Black nail polish or navy nail polish?

I vote Navy. Although I'm really not much of a nail painter...

I also read that about Navy being the new black. Which shade of blue, navy or purple you should wear depends on your skin tone. A general rule is that the fairer your skin is, the darker your polish. Also, the darker your nail polish is, the shorter and rounder your nails should be. Happy Painting!

um, i would pick navy, black is too popular, and navy would fit my style better. with navy i can pair with red bettr.
