Here are some of the top ones:
Sudan
Drought and the expanding Sahara created conflicts between nomads and pastoralists over land and water shortages in Darfur. Groups of desperate people began attacking government posts, sparking off the war that has led to genocide.
Israel
Israelis consume five times as much water per person as Palestinians, though they share an arid part of the world. The struggle to control water resources has underlain much of the conflict of recent decades.
Bangladesh
If sea level rises by just one metre - well within the range of current forecasts - more than 13 million people will be flooded out. With nowhere in that crowded country to go, they might cross the border into Burma.
China
The Pentagon expects civil war to break out as its rivers dry up following the melting of the Himalayan glaciers, and as harvests fall and rising seas inundate Shanghai and other coastal areas.

The first one is the PHILIPPINES (my country), for we are expose to destructive Pacific typhoons such as the typhoon that hit Manila last year, that was typhoon Xangsane(9/28/2006). The wind almost reach 200kph at it's maximum strength. And Typhoon Angela (260kph) last Nov. 3, 1995. We're also exposed from earthquakes like the Luzon earthquake in 1990, the 7.8 magnitude earthquake killed 1,700 people. Last May-July we experience a dry spell, we receive a small amount of rainfall, yet we should receive more for it's already rainy season, so we must conserve water because Angat dam near manila that supplies water for 12million Filipinos is in it's critical level. Floods is very common here in the Philippines especially those in Low lying land and near the river. Spread of disease here in Philippines is rampant, when it's rainy season (from may-november), Dengue fever is a widespread disease killing thousand of lives. The Philippines is in danger also in sea-level rise, for it's composed of thousand of small non-elevated island.
I think the second country in danger for global warming is TAIWAN, like the Philippines it's also expose to typhoons and floods.
The third in danger are all countries lying on the Pacific Ocean for they're in danger for sea-level rise and destructive pacific typhoons
The fourth maybe all European nation, for they are in danger for Ice melting and acid rain.
The fifth maybe the State of California. Floods, worst wild fires are threatening the state each year

Bangladesh - low lying country could have the majority of their land flooded out.
China - They've already contaminated most of their fresh water supplies, possible droughts will only make it worse.
India - see China, only to a lesser extent.
Haiti - poorest island nation in the Western Hemisphere, won't be able to afford better protection from stronger storms and rising seas.
Just about anywhere in Africa - for much of the same reasons as Haiti.

Yes, I agree with the first 2.
But if it was really a threat I'd think the areas would be.
Bangladesh
The Netherlands
Sub-Saharan Africa
Indonesia
India

well eventually global warming will lead to another ice age so obviously the nothren countires....
prior to that though.. some countries like USA will loose lots of land mass.. like Florida for example..
Australia...
heck lets face it all countries will be a mess in some way or another...if not from the disaters you mentioned - but also from the human problem -as people try to migrate away from problem areas...
