Probably not John McCain. Bloomberg is very centrist and pretty well-liked among both Republicans and Democrats. I think if he wants to make a serious run for the White House he'll need a VP who is like that. John McCain used to be well-liked by Democrats, but he has lost a lot of his credibility lately. Even Republicans don't care for him too much, which is why he's doing so poorly in polls.
