this is a long shot but can anyone help me find some definitions?
out of the 84 definitions i had to do for my microbiology class over this break, these are the two i can not figure out, ive looked online and in every book i have. i can get a partial definition but not close enough. my teacher is picky about specifics.

yes, i know what alcohol is, but i need the specific definition for both percentages.

Ethylene Oxide (EO) gas is a satisfactory method of sterilizing plastic, rubber and many other items, which will not withstand steam sterilization. Source is the SECOND EO gas link. (First link jic.)
Alcohol (95%) is a mixture of ethyl alcohol and water. It contains not less than 92.0% w/w and not more than 92.7 w/w ethyl alcohol, corresponding to not less than 94.7% v/v and not more than 95.2% v/v at 15.56°C.
I searched for the Alcohol 70% but could only find references to Rubbing Alcohol or "Isopropyl Rubbing Alcohol 70%". Sorry I couldnt be more help there.
