2) it was going around the school and your friend thought it would be funny to send to you

Why did you have that picture in your phone, then do not argue but calmly make you and your mother something to drink and sit down on a chair in front of the kitchen table, and tell her that you do wish she would respect your privacy, then ask her if she has any quetions that you can answer for her, then tell her more of your side so you respect that she has an opinion too but that you want your side heard as well.

i think you should just tell her the truth!! you are 18 and free to do what you want!! UNLESS you dont work and she pays for you!! then just say it was a joke and have a friend tell you she got the same picture on her phone as a joke close to your mom so she can hear it!!! good luck

Say, 'how can u think i'd having something like THAT on my phone! i'm not a pervert!' **And if she says... well... how come it took u so much time 2 tell me, and admit this, or were u just making it up or something... You Say.... ' i just didn't feel like talking 2 u, becuz i was angry and you were, and I feel as if u didn't trust me. But i thought 2 come and tell u this, so you'll get off my back, and stop accusing me wrongly for something that wasn't even my fault!'

You have no clue how it got on your phone. You were shocked that a pic like that would be on there and you would never put it on your phone. A friend or yours must have thought it was funny to put that pic on your phone. Thats what I would say.
