What are little things I can do to cheer my girlfriend up?

Randomly, out of nowhere, give her a big hug from behind and whisper in her ear how much you like her. It always works for my girlfriend.

spend money on her. As for being romantic: Take her to dinner and when you pick her up put some flowers on the passenger side seat of your car. Then when you open the door for her to get in the car she sees the flowers thinks its so cute. Has worked every valentines day for 6 years now with 6 different girls

PLAN A LIL SOMETHING FOR YOU AND HER SOMETHING THAT YOU BOTH LIKE TO DO. GET HER A LIL SOMETHING (MIGHT NEED TO ASK HER FRIENDS WHAT SHE MIGHT LIKE). TRY AND FIND OUT WHAT IS MAKING HER SO SAD LATELY, TRY AND HAVE A SERIOUS CONVERSATION WITH HER MAYBE SHE JUST NEEDS TO TALK TO SOME ONE THIS WILL PROLLY MAKE YOU FEEL CLOSER TOGETHER.

cook her a nice dinner or sing a song to her. no matter how bad of a singer u r. Or just give her flowers. and if she asks why u agve them to her just say becasue its monday(cept say the day that it is.)
