help..? My brother is autistic?
My brother knows when its going to rain like.. 2 hours before it happens... he Spazzes out while its raining and when it is not. Any suggestions on how to calm him down?
He crys alot and keeps going outside. He wont listen to "the rain is not going to hurt you" .. we have tried alot but he just wont listen.

My grandson is autistic also. Different things bother him. When he gets like that, I try to distract him, maybe watch a movie, sing togethr, tell stories etc. Be a clown aand tell jokes, Hope this helps. Be patient with him,,,things get better and easier.

HAVE YOU TRIED TO ASK HIS DR TO SEE IF HE OR SHE CAN PUT HIM ON SOME MEDICINE TO HELP CALM HIM DOWN SOME..? I HAVE AN AUTISTIC CHILD, HE IS 12... HE IS ON ADDERAL AND IT HAS HELPED HIM ALOT.... MY SON LOVES TO RUN AWAY FROM HIS GRANDMA AND HIS TEACHERS AND AIDES AT SCHOOL....

i kind of know how you feel.
im not going to say " sorry " that you have an autistic brother like the rest of society.
im going to say " congratz " because these kids are soo wonderful. i have a sister like this and it always bothers me when people say " sorry "-
