Is there a software program that "locks" a Powerpoint presentation so that it can't be edited at all?

I know you can convert a .ppt to a .pps (slideshow) which sort of makes it harder to tamper with but I'm looking for something that is very difficult to change. I do realize that any serious hacker can figure out how to get into it, but I'm talking just something so your run of the mill, casual computer user can't change the Powerpoint at will.

thanks

If you are using PowerPoint 2003 (or can open the ppt with it).. go under

    Tools>Options>Security

You can set separate passwords to open and modify.

just write click on it, and click properties. Then, under attributes, make it read only. That way, only you can edit it really easily
