how do i get the software to work? i called mattel and they sent me another cdrom.?
I bought my daughter an easy link internet launch pad by fisher-price for christmas, tried to install it, didn't work. called mattel and they said i had a faulty cd. i recieved the second one today and it still doesn't work. i know my cdrom works cuz i installed the barbie girlz. is there anyway i can get the software off of the internet?

I and some other users have the problem that the Disney keys don't launch any website. Apparently, I need an update, which cust support rep is supposed to email me. I called the number on the instruction sheet. If you have another, newer computer, try installing it on that. I did and it worked fine, so I know the hardware works.
