dont use a cream, use a ice cube wrapped in a paper towel or something and let it sit on your eyes, that or an ice cold spoon. Sounds funny but works

I sell Avon and my sister swears by the Anew Clinical Surgical Eye Lift cream. It gives eyes a triple lift- the brow bone, upper eye, & under eye areas. Hope I was able to help!

Preperation H....It works, but it's kind of like vaseline. Apply it to your puffy eyes at least 1 hour before you leave the house.

is it all the time? Put a cold flannel on both your eyes each morning. It will help take the swelling down. may be you don't get enough sleep?
