If i just play games on the wii and never download things wii i ever need a wii memory card?

Not really, even download games are placed on the internal drive of the system.
You can erase older saved games and plays off the drive the same as a memory card to free up more space if needed.
Like someone mentioned, I use a memory card to take my plays to friends/families homes on their Wii's.

No, you most likely won't need a "memory card" for the wii. The memory of the games will get saved onto your internal hard drive and they don't take up too much space. If you ever do need more memory, or want to take some save data to a friend's wii console, just buy an SD card, which comes pretty cheap nowadays. You can get 4 GB for around 50 - 60 dollars.

maybe. Ever game you play has a part of the HD dedicated to save states and information about the game. play enough games, and you'll need a memory card.
most likely, no. you're fine as is. so keep rocken that wii!
