Conditions of Parole?

My brother is being released from prison next Monday. Will I be able to find out his conditions of parole (5 years) from someone other than him? When he got out the last time (yes, this is his second time because he violated his terms the first time and was sent back for the balance of his original sentence), his lawyer mailed me a copy, but that man is no longer involved. To the best of my knowledge, my brother doesn't have a lawyer.

I'm curious to know his terms so I can help him avoid any further problems than the ones he's already facing.

Update:

I forgot to say this is in Ohio if that makes a difference. Thank you.

His parole officer can provide you with a copy... It's public information, and the parole officer should be more than happy to give you a copy of the conditions, given your motivation to assist your brother in complying with the terms...

Contact the Adult Parole Authority in Columbus, Ohio. (Department of Rehabilitation and Correction) They can give you the rules he will be subject to and is expected to follow. Good luck and I hope this helps.
