With regards to recent events in different parts of the wolrd, then a flood is more frightening in being more devastating, as the tsunami showed with such a high death toll. But the Australian widlfires and those in the USA and other places also cause people to be cut off from escape, very quickly and suddenly. Death, or loss of family, from either event is terrifying. what is sacry depends on how you see the ability to escape from danger.
