For The All New Mail

on the top right side of mail page
click options
then import contacts

For Classic

top right side of mail page
click options
on left side click address book
then Import/export

or go to Oulook express  or mail program
at the top click File
then Import/Export,Export to a File, Comma Separated Value (Windows)
Then go to Yahoo Mail
at top left use drop down box beside address"s
choose Import Contacts
name the file, hit Import Now.
