I have a friend that is being blamed for stealing money and gift cards from a store?
What happend is my friend was blamed for stealing money and gift cards from a store and an the guy told her to be honest to him and told him she didnt take it and he got very angry and told her he is loosing his patience and got very ignorant to her and she was being verbaly yelled at and basically tell him she did do it when she didnt somthing happened before to were there was missing 100 some dollars and that not to worry about it. the gentleman only had a peice of paper saying this is all she stole under her number no eye witnesses or cameras showing. Now she has to go to court for something she didnt do. Need help still have information on that she didnt steal it bank statements and reciepts. Need help on how i should help my friend she has no one eles to turn to and need help
no not for hundread buck for about a thousand half in cash and gift cards we are room mates and they are giving her a court date she has to wait for it the mail

I'm sorry, but your friend is probably lying. If she's not lying, she should have logged off her register, so she wouldn't be responsible.

I agree with everyone else. Your friend is lying to you. I had a friend who got fired from Wal-Mart for stealing giftcards. She swore up and down that she didn't do it, but she was somehow able to suddenly afford a few extra things here and there. Sorry.

She lied to you because she didn't want you to think of her as a petty thief.
Also; i doubt anyone would be sent to court for a mere hundred bucks.

If she has to go to court they should have to give her a court appointed lawyer.
