cod4 pc-can you use controller from x box. how?
i have hp pc, xp,serv pac 2,media center. trying to hook up xbox windows compatible handheld controller. according to activision cod4 does not support joy stick or controllers, according to other people it can be done , how?

Honestly, I'm not sure why you would want to use a controller when the mouse / keyboard combo is much more precise. Someone competing against a skilled player with mouse/ keyboard combo likely will not be seeing too many frags. Its apples to oranges if you will (as far as accuracy goes). Perhaps in a future patch Infinity Ward or Activision will support game controllers on the PC, but I'm pretty sure as of now, they dont at all.
Hope this sheds a little light on the subject (keybd/mouse ftw).
