if it says "from the muddy banks of the wishkah" (as the album), then it's live.

Have you looked on youtube? If so you can download it (the youtube video) using this website

And then you convert it and turn it into an MP3 file using this program.

[EDIT] btw i found a link (below) that is heart shaped box live so if you do the steps above you can get it in mins and convert to mp3 (if you want)
