Why do I have bad dreams when I stay in hotel rooms?

It happens whenever I stay in hotel rooms. I'm perfectly safe, husband sleeping next to me and I will have the most aweful dreams, not same subject matter every time, just a nightmare.

Think of all the people before you....that have slept there

There energy could still be around....affecting your dreams

They all dreamed there as well...

I kind of look forward to the crazy dreams I will have....sometime bad some very good....but all different

When you were a baby your parents had sex in a hotel room with you nearby thinking you were too young to pay attention. You were horrified by the commotion. The dreams relive the trauma in a disguised way, probably in an effort to make sense of it so you can be prepared for similar shocks in the future.

Incidentally; did you know that in German the word "dream" is "traum" and that's where the word Trauma came from. Ancient people knew that even happy dreams are attempts to hide upsetting things that would otherwise disturb your sleep. Your hotel dreams are failed dreams.
